PEZA Visa Processing
Empowering Foreign Investors with Strategic Entry to the Philippines
About the PEZA Visa
Under Sec. 47A2 of the Philippine Immigration Act, a PEZA Visa is issued by the Secretary of the Department of Justice (DOJ) based on public interest and policy considerations. This visa is primarily granted to foreign investors, including those employed by Regional Headquarters, Regional Operating Headquarters, or working on special projects in economic zones.
An added advantage is that investors can strategically position themselves in a PEZA‑affiliated building—even if it is not located within a designated PEZA zone. This flexibility allows you to enjoy the benefits of PEZA registration, such as streamlined processes and fiscal incentives, without being confined by the strict geographic boundaries of a PEZA zone.
Our visa processing service is available for a fixed fee of PHP 30,000.00 (excluding government fees).
